I love this steam mop so much. Bought as a replacement for my previous X5 which had finally stopped working at over 10yrs old and it is used a lot. It's a great piece of equipment that's worth every penny. It's ability to clean your floors & surfaces and steam carpets, curtains etc etc is effortless. You know everywhere is really clean afterwards but it's safe for children and dogs too because you don't need to use chemicals. Swapping to handheld is easy and it really does get in to all those hard to reach areas. Changing attachments is simple and each one comes in handy. It's light weight and quick to fire into action. The scents that you can add into the reservoir along with your water leave your home smelling fresh, have to say the blue one is my favourite and you don't need much so a bottle lasts a long time. The noodle pads really do leave your floor almost dry but what moisture is left dries very quickly and it leaves a streak free finish on tiled floors. I no longer use a mop i just use this and have done for over 10yrs now, it's just so versatile and quick. You know when you use this machine your home is clean, germ free and smells fresh. It's great value for money given that my last one was so old and yet used every other day. Definitely the best investment we've made.
